Sean was a dream to work with and provided beautiful, beautiful ceremony music for my daughter’s wedding. We are a family of musicians so we really searched to find a fine musician – and then so enjoyed his beautiful playing and selection of pieces prior to the ceremony. Lots of comments from guests on how beautiful the music was. I joined him on the violin for the bride’s processional and it was really fun collaborating with him. He was super early, had everything he needed for a great sound system and was really responsive by email as we coordinated choices. 🙂 DELIGHTED! Thank you, Sean!
-Kathy, Mother of BrideMy son and I began lessons with Sean just 6 months ago. With his instruction and encouragement we are now playing worship guitar for our youth group and accompanying vocalists. His demeanor is kind and patient and he is always prompt and well prepared. I highly recommend him for you or your family.

I contacted Sean with a very specific special request song for our wedding. Â My husband and I wanted to incorporate my teenage nephew into our wedding ceremony, and he planned to sing “Dance me to the End of Love” by Leonard Cohen. Â I contacted Sean and asked him if he would be able to accompany my nephew on the guitar during the ceremony, as well as play on his own while guests were being seated. Â Not only did Sean agree to learn this song specifically for my wedding, but he played it perfectly with my nephew after only having met my nephew briefly minutes before the wedding (my nephew lives across the country). Â Sean was open to our ideas and talented and kind enough to make them happen. Â The song was absolutely perfect. Â I couldn’t have been happier with the performance of “Dance me to the End of Love” or the beautiful classical guitar music Sean played before the ceremony. Sean is incredibly easy to work with, professional, and has a wonderful friendly personality on top of it all. Â He was punctual, well-dressed and fit seamlessly into our wonderful day. Â The music was the absolute perfect touch. Â It was raining the day of our wedding, and it took people longer than expected to make their way into the venue. Â Sean played an extra 20 minutes without hesitation, making the transition to the ceremony seamless. Â We highly recommend Sean, and I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Sean played the guitar during our wedding ceremony in October 2013. He went above and beyond helping me choose the perfect songs (he even played a few over Facetime so my mom and I could hear them!) Our wedding music was absolutely perfect. He brought everything he needed, showed up early to set up, dressed nicely, and was the perfect touch to our wedding. He is so talented; was able to rehearse with my bridesmaid the morning of the wedding to play a song while she sang (she lives out of state and was unable to meet with him before hand) and it went so smoothly! Friends and family were very impressed (my grandmother went on and on about the beautiful music). I highly recommend him!

I am blessed to have a teacher with such knowledge and talent for the guitar. Sean is a gifted musician and teacher, and inspires me to work harder to improve my playing. His lessons are enjoyable and informative, and he is always very kind and patient.

In May 2012 Sean played the music for my wedding ceremony. My husband and I did not have much experience with weddings and would have had no idea what music to play for the ceremony so I asked Sean to play whatever he felt was appropriate. It was perfect and beautiful! We had an outdoor ceremony with very little electrical outlets, but he made it work and even provided his own speakers. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect musician and would recommend him every single time!

I have been a student of Sean’s for roughly five years now and his hard work and devotion to teaching me alone has always been the driving force behind my motivation to practice and pursuing new art forms of guitar. Sean’s progress is seemingly never-ending and never ceases to amaze me. With every lesson we have or have had he always has made visible to me exactly what it is I need to do on my own to achieve the level of mastery desirable as a guitarist and musician. Sean’s hard work and dedication to music not only speaks for itself, but will serve to be my biggest inspiration as a guitarist.
